When Ralph asked us if he could conduct one of his famous and secret Twister Think Tank Seminars at the Millennium Jam , we were honoured and delighted !
The concept of the Twister Think Tank - so we were told by a former participant who lived to tell - is all about finding new techniques , new balloon figures , about being creative and sharing the fruits of thy labour with all others present ; the rumour goes that it is a kind of balloon art laboratory for the advanced twister !
We heard about the following guidelines :

Due to the intense character of the gathering , the number is limited so don’t wait till the last minute to apply !
